Project #1: Winter Tongue Twisters
Yup - that's how you spell tongue!
Visit one of these tongue twister sites and choose a tongue twister to illustrate (or you can make up your own - make it G-rated!)
1. Write your tongue twister in PowerPoint.
2. Illustrate with shapes and clipart.
3. Choose a cool background.
Example
Note : Usually, we would save each slide as a .jpg and upload them to VoiceThread so each student could read their own tongue twister. Ran out of time this year!
Project #2: Excel Gingerbread House
1. Download the Gingerbread template .

3. Use the Direction Sheet to fill in cells with color.
4. When finished, you may 'decorate' your gingerbread house with clip art. Here's an example !
We won't print this project - it wouldn't turn out very well in black + white!
